Terms of Service

1. The Service

PDF Editor provides free, browser-based tools to edit, sign, merge, split, redact, watermark, OCR, and convert PDF and document files. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and must be able to legally enter into these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the files you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., rendering, editing, converting, and saving your document). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and edit any file you submit, and that doing so doesn't violate any law or any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation (e.g., excessive automated requests)
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service outside normal, intended use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted or edited files will always be perfectly accurate — you should always review output files before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, React Code Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for a free Service, is zero).

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
